In passing our Iip evaluation it was noted by the assessor that our in house training and meeting techniques were virtually unheard of in the construction sector and that, together with our monthly newsletter, it was clear our methods of communication had been designed with the people on the receiving end in mind. In house we also train on the soft skills, ie; communication, teamwork, listening skills and even Drug & Alcohol Awareness with some amazing results.
